Sutton Harbour in Plymouth is already one if the UK’s most attractive waterfront destinations. Now a £75 million plan has been unveiled for new restaurants, cafés, shops, offices and apartments.

The ambition is to create a rival to the likes of Albert Dock in Liverpool or St Katharine Docks in the City of London where people can live, work and play. We have identified sites around Sutton Harbour with potential to create 350,000 sq ft of new waterfront development.
